This is a 1 story 3 bedroom 2 bath home and has a swimming pool, nice fenced in yard. We use hypoallergenic laundry detergent on all the sheets and towels. The pool is not heated however the spa (hot tub) is operable with a remote. It does not operate between the hours of 11pm and 6am for quiet hours. We are dog friendly with a non-refundable $150 fee, breed restrictions, a 2-pet maximum, and a 25 lb. weight limit apply

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking..
