Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.

About the Owner

Hi! I’m a stay-at-home mom of three who moved from Montana to Florida in 2015. We fell in love with our 1938 home and its charming apartment above what was once a two-car garage. Hosting allows me to do what I love most, welcome people, create comfortable spaces, and help guests feel at home. We truly enjoy sharing our space and would love to host you. Mi casa es su casa!
