Respectful guests, please come and enjoy our beautiful beach theme decorated apartment, just a stone's throw from the Indian River and a short 10 minute walk into historic Cocoa Village. A lovely walk along the Indian River takes you to what we consider to be the hidden gem of the area, quaint Cocoa Village with it's many restaurants, bars, cafes, and abundance of charm. On many weekends, the Village hosts various festivals and live music events in Riverfront Park. For you beach goers, Cocoa Beach is a short drive over the causeways across Merritt Island.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking..
