Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. About the Owner
Hello, I am a stay at home mom raising three beautiful girls. My family and I moved to Florida in 2015 from Montana. It was quite a culture shock at first, however we have not missed scraping windshields. When we moved here we found a home that we absolutely fell in love with. It was built in 1938, the era of homes we love!! It had an apartment built above what used to be a 2 car garage, now storage. We were not too familiar with vacation rentals at the time, but we had a close friend running one in a mountain town in Montana. My husband asked to start running a vacation rental and I was a little hesitant at first, but jumped in with both feet. I have always loved meeting new people, making new friends, and love to have people feel at home. With all that being said, our little business has taken off and I couldn't be more elated! Come stay with us and just settle right in. 3r
